Android app · beta
Remember when to take your medications.
SteadyKeeper reminds you at the times you set, and keeps a personal record of your reminders and doses, so you can look back at what you recorded.
What it does today
Everything listed here is built and in use in the app now.
-
Your medications and schedules
Enter the medications you take and when you take them: set times on chosen days of the week, or a repeating interval, in your time zone.
-
Reminders set on your phone
Reminders are scheduled on the phone itself, so a reminder does not need an internet connection to sound. They are set again after your phone restarts.
-
Taken, Snooze or Skip
Answer a reminder straight from the notification. If you are offline, your answer is kept on the phone and sent when you are back online.
-
Private lock-screen reminders
Reminder notifications are marked private, so a secure lock screen can hide their details. The reminder shows the label you gave the dose, so you can choose a general label such as “Morning meds”.
-
Unscheduled doses too
Also record unscheduled, “as-needed”, or emergency doses that you take, along with a note if you want one.
-
A personal record of your doses
See what was scheduled and what you recorded as taken, snoozed or skipped, laid out plainly with no scores or verdicts.
-
Record how a dose felt to you
An optional follow-up asks “How much did this dose help?” Your answer is a personal rating, kept for your own record.
-
A daily Diary
Keep a short Diary: rate how the day went for you, note the symptoms you choose to follow, and add your own words. It can remind you to fill it in at a time you choose.
-
“What I recorded”
Look back over 7, 30 or 90 days, or a range you pick, as a chart or a table. A question you did not answer is shown as “Not answered”, never as a zero.
-
Export your data
Save a copy of your medications, dose records, Diary and ratings: all of it as JSON, plus spreadsheet-ready CSV files. Keep it, or share it with someone you choose.
Coming later
Caregiver alerts are planned for after the beta. They are not part of the app today.
